What We DoSince 1980 Teletronics has been enabling small and medium-sized businesses and remote users to be more productive with full service business communication solutions. The progressive history of Teletronics is perhaps its most valuable asset. Almost 30 years in existence, over 150 years of combined sales experience, and over 150 years of combined technical experience gives Teletronics the competitive advantage from a total service perspective. In addition, Teletronics has taken dedication to maintenance and support for our customer base very seriously. Real time inventory monitoring and GPS locating devices in each service vehicle promote an average emergency response time of 22 minutes across the board. With these features, Teletronics can not only monitor and project any vehicles’ position, but also ensure the proper tools and materials are on board before arriving at a customers premise. Teletronics also maintains a warehouse inventory of over $600,000.00 and a real time truck inventory of over $25,000.00 per vehicle. This investment has enabled us to virtually eliminate order processing and shipping delays; significantly reducing customer downtime while expediting repairs. Teletronics takes great pride in making sure that every client experience is a satisfying experience. Our Technicians Our service technicians are certified to work with all types of business phone systems manufactured by companies like ShoreTel, Telrad, Tadiran, Shoretel, Cisco, Dell, Adtran, Engenius, Panasonic, Polycom, and many others. Teletronics Services was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1979. We opened our doors September 8, 1980. The original concept was that Teletronics would only be a service company covering the Northeast Ohio area, which at the time, had approximately 200 clients for the company to maintain. |
