Teletronics can provide your business enterprise with all your voice and data cabling needs within your building, incorporating patch panels, routers, hubs, and switches. Computer based products include integrated voice response (IVR), automated attendant, voice mail, call accounting (SMDR), automatic call distribution (ACD), and more. Switched and dedicated long distance services, including high-speed Internet access with web hosting solutions.

Our Fleet

In order to keep those voice and data systems running like a well oiled machine, Teletronics has 12 fully equipped service trucks and over 20 highly trained technicians on the road to handle any of your telecommunication needs. Each of our service trucks have real time GPS tracking, that allows us to dispatch the closest and most appropriate technician. That means we are able to get a technician and service truck to you in a shorter amount of time, with the exact parts you need for your system.

History

Teletronics Services was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 1979. We opened our doors September 8, 1980. The original concept was that Teletronics would only be a service company covering the Northeast Ohio area, which at the time, had approximately 200 clients for the company to maintain.
Since then, Teletronics has evolved into an innovative leader in the integration of business phone systems, as well as, voice and data solutions, and VoIP. Teletronics prides itself on its' ability to assess a company’s communication needs and then design and implement a system tailored to meet those needs.
